Can I reuse my own stones/gold in a new custom piece?
Yes! Sid often remakes old jewelry into fresh new pieces! Stones can be reset into something new and yellow gold can be melted and recast.
How does the custom process work?
We strongly encourage appointments to begin the custom process.
After you approve the design Sid draws for you based on your instructions we require half down on all custom orders. Typically pieces are finished in 5-8 weeks, depending on the season and workload.

How do I clean my
jewelry at home?
The best way to keep your jewelry nice and sparkly at home is to use a soft bristled toothbrush, mild soap and warm water.
Make sure to clean underneath the stones, which is where most dirt and oil from your skin gets into your jewelry.
Be sure to rinse all the soap off your jewelry. Soap that is left can irritate the skin and cause a rash.

Do you repair jewelry?
We have a full repair and custom shop on site. We can size rings, set stones, replace prongs and much more. Our two talented goldsmiths can repair just about anything!

Do you repair watches?
No, we do not have a watchmaker.
We are limited to repairing watch bands and changing batteries.

Do you have financing or layaway options?
We have financing available through Synchrony; there are different payment options available through them, depending on your credit. Applications for Synchrony are available at the store and take about ten minutes to fill out and process.
